Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer for the Mirror fab area within ISC Engineering Mirror team. The role focuses on test/manufacturing support, yield analysis, and process improvements in RLG and TGP production lines.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 2+ years of experience (or advanced degree). The position emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma and cross-functional collaboration to meet RTY and COPQ goals.

  • Assist development of new processes for cleaning glass substrates for thin film deposition.
  • Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity.
  • Foster a self-driven workforce culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ and SQDIC goals.

Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (Finance)

The ISC Engineering Mirror team is looking for a Sr Manufacturing engineer the mirror fab area

Responsibilities
  • Provide test and manufacturing support for sub components in the Ring Laser Gyro (RLG) and Tactical Guidance Products (TGP) production lines.
  • Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.
  • Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.
  • Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.
  • Assist development of new processes for cleaning glass substrates for thin film deposition.
  • Support knowledge for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.
  • Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.
Qualifications
  • Must have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
  • Must have: 2+ years experience or Advanced degree in Engineering discipline

The annual base salary range for this position is $102,000 - $127,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
