Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service in North Adams, MA is seeking an experienced Advanced Auto Technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. You will work with a skilled team dedicated to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You should have 5+ years of hands-on auto repair, strong diagnostic skills, and be willing to pursue ASE certifications with company support. ASE preferred but not required; valid driver's license and ability to work independently are

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have vocational or technical automotive training.
• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Willingness to pursue ASE certifications with company support.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine concerns.
• Replace worn components including spark plugs, belts, hoses, and gaskets.
• Perform tune-ups and preventative maintenance services.
• Inspect and repair cooling system components and related parts.
• Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, and wheel alignment.
