The Senior Advanced Analytics Manager and Insights is responsible for providing leadership and technical guidance to a team of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Analytic Product Owners, and Data Analysts. The role involves recruiting, coaching, and training team members to ensure high performance, productivity, and professional growth while maintaining accountability for the team's performance and deliverables. The Senior Manager will champion strategic vision, drive the analytics product development process, and foster strong relationships across functional areas. The role also includes ensuring the team's effective adoption and understanding of analytics ecosystems, promoting system thinking, and supporting the evolution of analytics products. The successful candidate will manage team resource allocation, facilitate communication with key stakeholders, and work collaboratively to ensure that the team's analytics products align with business needs and deliver high customer value.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Requires broad management knowledge to lead project teams in one department.
Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function.
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A)) and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $151,200 - $226,800. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
