Job summary

Overwolf is seeking a hands-on Senior Developer to own the client-side monetization stack within Overwolf Ads, from the ad unit runtime to the management console. You will work across publisher environments, collaborating with teams in Israel and the US to deliver reliable, high‑performing ad tech.

You will lead deployments, translate requests into tasks, and drive the migration of publisher integrations. Strong JavaScript, PHP/Go, and OpenRTB expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in vanilla JavaScript in third‑party publisher environments.
• Backend development experience with PHP 8 or Go and REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of ad tech, header bidding, Prebid, OpenRTB, and ad serving.
• Experience with video ad players/formats (instream/outstream/rewarded).
• Excellent English communication for cross‑functional teams in the US and Israel.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of the ad unit runtime, client-side auction engine, and management console for reliable delivery and performance.
• Lead deployments with teams in Israel and the US, including PR reviews and production deployments.
• Translate product and technical requests into clear development tasks.
• Drive migration of client-side publisher integration with required wrapper support.
• Expand monetization coverage across Overwolf and new bidders/ad formats.
• Develop and optimize revenue‑driven features, yield logic, and dynamic floors.
• Write, review, and ship production‑grade code with accountability.
