Qualifications

3+ years of computer science fundamentals and problem solving.

Understand the fundamentals (and tradeoffs) of Amazon’s advertising stacks.
Drive architecture for scalable advertising workflows.
Lead the design of large components, write code, and deploy enterprise systems.
Decompose complex problems into simple, flexible designs.
Develop a culture of rapid experimentation and measurement.
