Allstate Insurance is seeking a Product Manager for the Ads Platform, based in Northbrook, IL with a remote work option. The role leads the product lifecycle, defines strategy, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing-focused products that meet customer needs and drive revenue.

The candidate will define KPIs, manage budgets, and guide build/buy/partner decisions while maintaining strong ties with go-to-market teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent).
8 years as Product Manager or related occupation in a digitally-oriented consumer services environment.

Responsibilities

Define top-level product strategy for the ads platform aligned with company strategy.
Lead all phases of the product life cycle from inception to marketplace introduction.
Develop products to meet customer needs and achieve cost/success outcomes.
Turn mobility insights into actionable marketing campaigns and manage external demand/supply sources.
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure platform effectiveness against customer objectives.
Oversee teams to monitor product efficacy using customer and business feedback across segments.
Develop product roadmaps, present vision to leadership, write detailed PRDs, and host product townhalls.
