Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/engineering with at least 2 years of leadership in relevant tech domains.
• 2+ years in leadership roles within server- or client-side technologies.
• Experience with domain-specific architecture concepts and patterns (design patterns, frameworks, Java-based solutions, mobile or infrastructure/data domains).
• At least 1 year of architecture experience in domain-specific contexts.
• Experience collaborating with matrix teams across time zones and management levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations and enhancements.
• Design scalable customer journey solutions across multiple channels (email, SMS, push, direct mail, IVR).
• Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, and roadmaps aligned with enterprise standards.
• Define customer profile, segmentation, identity resolution, and real-time personalization strategies using Adobe Experience Platform.
• Drive architecture reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Architect customer journeys supporting acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention and servicing use cases.
• Establish best practices for segmentation, offer decisioning, personalization, journey design, and campaign execution.
• Optimize customer experience through real-time triggers and behavioral events.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in an IT engineering role OR High school / GED and at least 4 years of experience in an IT engineering role.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in server side or client-side technologies
• Experience in domain-specific architecture concepts and emerging technologies. (Design patterns, frameworks, current Java based solutions, mobile, OR Infrastructure Administration OR Data Sciences)
• At least 1 year of experience in domain-specific Architecture.
• Experience working with matrix teams including teams in different time zones;
• Experience creating and promoting guiding development principles and influencing development teams, business users and management in adoption of technical solutions.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
