Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Adobe CDP/Real-Time CDP specialist to optimize and govern data within Adobe Experience Platform for enterprise-scale personalization.

You will design customer profiles, segments, and identity resolution while integrating with Salesforce, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Analytics. Build data pipelines, enable activation across channels, and ensure privacy and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe CDP.
• Proven track record in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale personalization solutions.
• Deep understanding of Real-Time Customer Profile, Data Distiller, Segment Builder, Identity Graph, and Activation workflows.
• Strong experience with Salesforce integration and third-party data platforms (Demandbase, ZoomInfo).
• Proficiency in data modeling (SQL, JSON), XDM schema, and cloud architectures (Adobe Experience Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and tag management (Adobe Launch).
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3+ years of related experience
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance, if required. Adobe certifications.
• Experience with Adobe Target.
• Experience with marketing automation and personalization platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML use cases within marketing.
• Experience with Demandbase, ZoomInfo, LeanData, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Adobe Real-Time CDP within Adobe Experience Platform.
• Design and maintain customer profiles, audience segments, and identity resolution strategies.
• Integrate Adobe CDP with Salesforce, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Analytics, and other external platforms.
• Build and support data ingestion pipelines using APIs, connectors, and ETL tools.
• Enable audience activation across marketing, CRM, and digital channels.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, security, and compliance standards are maintained.
• Support personalization, A/B testing, and optimization efforts using Adobe Target.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable customer data solutions.
