Job summary

Accenture is seeking an expert to define and implement innovative AEM-based web content management solutions across large-scale client engagements. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, serving as a trusted SME for integration points and workflows across multi‑channel applications.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, governance, and collaboration with business teams and technical resources to ensure requirements are clearly understood and executed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Adobe full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the tactical deployment or re-launch of WCM (Web Content Management) applications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Hands-on delivery of AEM solutions across client engagements.
• Provide functional design and guidance during design and execution phases.
• Bridge business teams and technical resources to ensure requirements are understood.
• Advise on AEM best practices for global digital strategy and governance.
• Maintain understanding of application architecture including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Load Balancing, CDN, and security layers.
• Lead content governance procedures and workflows for publishing web content.
• Mentor team members and support client relationships with stakeholders.
