Job Description

As an Adobe AEM Developer, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including requirement scoping, estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of applications developed for our clients. Working within a team environment, you will collaborate with solution architects and developers to interpret and translate wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and technical specifications. The Adobe AEM Web Content Management Developer will be instrumental in developing, designing, testing, and deploying Adobe Experience Management Web and Mobile Solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts, and end users to build a cutting-edge Digital Platform using Adobe's Digital Marketing Product Suite.

Required Skills

1. Design efficient content models, security models, workflows, and templates.
2. Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reusability.
3. Proficient in implementing with Adobe AEM (6.x), Java, J2EE, Sling, HTL/Sightly, OSGi, JCR, OAK.
4. Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases.
5. Design, develop, and support AEM components, integrations, and applications.
6. Experience integrating Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics with AEM.
7. Experience with Adobe Target is a plus but not required.
8. Minimum of 7 years of software development experience.
9. Minimum of 5 years of J2EE programming experience.
10. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AEM (6.x).
11. Experience implementing web content management systems in large corporate environments.
12. Experience with web and application servers such as Apache and Tomcat.
13. Exposure to open-source technologies.
14. Experience building, deploying, and supporting Internet-facing applications.
15. Experience with secure coding practices.
16. Experience with RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
17. Experience with unit testing and automated testing tools.
18. Experience with source code control and build tools like Git, BitBucket, Maven, Jenkins.
19. Experience with object-oriented design and design patterns.
