• Systems Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, and support ADMS software, hardware, and integrated systems for grid operations.
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, system operators and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Build new solution capabilities and maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing platforms.
