Stanford University is seeking an admissions professional to administer, implement, and interpret university and department admission policies and procedures. The role supports the admissions process across undergraduate and graduate programs, guiding applicants through evaluation and selection.

Under minimal supervision, you will manage projects, conduct information sessions, analyze demographics, and develop outreach with recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Read, evaluate, recommend and advocate to the Admission Committee on undergraduate and graduate applicants based on current university priorities.
• Act as project manager on medium to large projects by establishing and executing project plans, timelines, tasks, and objectives.
• Conduct informational sessions for internal and external communities on a variety of subjects including student life, research, internships, athletics, and admissions.
• Manage assigned geographic territory by researching, compiling and analyzing demographics data; create proposals for outreach and present findings with recommendations.
• Strengthen relationships with secondary or university personnel, professional organizations, students, parents and alumni.
• Serve as a resource to other departments; represent unit at activities, meetings, committees and conferences.
• Responsible for the administration or management of a specific program and/or program budget.
• May supervise the work of other staff.
