This role ensures accurate and timely processing of application materials, delivers high-quality customer service to applicants and their families, helps facilitate the preparation of international admissions and immigration documents, and supervises work-study students. The Senior Admissions Coordinator works primarily with colleagues on the international admissions team but may also partner with other staff in related offices. This role reports to the Associate Director of International Admissions.
Boston University Admissions is part of the Enrollment & Student Administration unit (ENSA). BU Admissions plays a critical role in ENSA's mission through the undergraduate recruitment, selection, and enrollment of BU's first-year and transfer classes.

A bachelor’s degree is required for this position. We are seeking a candidate who has some related experience in customer service, university admissions, or serving as a campus tour guide. The person in this role will need to utilize project management skills, which we are willing to train with the right candidate.
Candidates should expect to complete a CORI/SORI background check at point of hire if they are selected as the final candidate for this position. Passing this background check is a condition of employment.
