Job summary

Moog Inc. in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Senior Administrator to provide executive-level support to the Missile Systems Site General Manager and leadership teams.

This on-site role offers a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off and hands-on coordination of calendars, travel, expenses, and events. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling for site leadership.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Process expenses, invoices, purchase orders, and approvals.
  • Organize onsite and virtual meetings, leadership reviews, customer visits, and team events.
  • Prepare meeting spaces, technology setups, and visitor logistics.
  • Maintain office operations, supplies, vendor relationships, petty cash, and the snack/drink area.
  • Create and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organization and serve as a key coordination point for leadership activities.
  • Handle sensitive information.

Our Defense team in Salt Lake City, UT is eagerly looking for a Senior Administrator to join their dynamic team.

The Senior Administrator provides executive-level administrative support to the Missile Systems Site General Manager, Turreted Weapons Systems Site Manager, and their respective Leadership Teams. The role is responsible for coordinating leadership activities, managing schedules and travel, purchasing, supporting customer visits and site events, facilitating communication and collaboration across the organization, and ensuring day-to-day administrative operations are executed efficiently and professionally. This is an on-site, collaborative working environment that offers a 9/80 schedule to include every other Friday off! (Formal schedule is M-Th, 7:00am – 4:00pm, every other F 7:00am – 3:00pm)

Responsibilities
