Job summary

Joss Search, partnering with a professional services firm in Houston, seeks a senior administrative leader to guide a major transformation. You will own operating model redesign, change management, and workforce optimization while steering a team of about 40 administrative professionals.

You will partner with firm leadership and HR to redesign processes, measure impact with KPIs, and ensure scalable service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and operating model redesign.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in large teams.
• Strong program management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in professional services or law firm environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~40 administrative professionals.
• Assess current admin support model and identify improvements.
• Drive transformation initiatives in service delivery and efficiency.
• Redesign processes, workflows, governance, and admin best practices.
• Lead change management for new processes, structures, tech, and ways of working.
• Analyze organizational design, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Develop KPIs and reporting to measure effectiveness.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, succession, and talent development.
• Foster accountability, client service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR on workforce planning and retention strategies.
• Advise stakeholders on admin operations, org design, and transformation.
