Currently, OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we’ve specialized in serving both adult and adolescent patients in outpatient settings, aiming to improve access to holistic and cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinical staff.

Work from or near your home:

With locations in Colorado and plans for expansion, OMH will work with you to find the best work-site. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and location to match you with suitable offices or remote positions.

Responsibilities:

The psychotherapist will participate in the integrated care team model at OMH, working alongside physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other licensed mental health professionals. OMH values collaborative, coordinated care to provide the highest quality service.

Customize patient care:

You will have autonomy to determine session frequency and duration. Clinical work includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as appropriate.

Flexible scheduling:

• Create your own schedule, typically Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• No on-call responsibilities; focus solely on patient care.
• Our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, freeing your time for clinical work.
