Job summary

Talentify is seeking an Administrative Officer for a DoD Cyber Excepted Service position at Fort Meade, MD. You will direct and coordinate all administrative functions within the J1, ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, and manage subordinate divisions’ workflow.

You will administer personnel management within the operations section, maintain the Principal J1’s daily and long-range calendars, and serve as the liaison for travel arrangements and inter-office communications.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background investigation and suitability review.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET SCI clearance.
• Counterintelligence polygraph exam required.
• Travel may be required by military or commercial aircraft.
• NSA personnel security requirements per NSA/CSS Policy 5-1.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all administrative functions within J1.
• Manages personnel processes in the operations section.
• Maintains Principal J1’s daily and long-range calendars.
• Coordinates Travel Integrated Process Team for frequent travel.
• Acts as liaison between J1 and subordinate offices.
