Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. in Tucson, AZ seeks a Senior Administrative Coordinator to support departmental operations, manage calendars, arrange travel, and generate reports. The role requires strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and a minimum of 6 years’ related experience.

The position is a 12-month contract, on-site, with duties including onboarding coordination, expense reporting, and coordination of all-hands meetings. Compensation aligns with listed pay range and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience scheduling, booking travel, entering VAR's and VMS forms, Visit Registrations, and/or ordering supplies.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Order supplies/materials for Department and supported Programs

Description


  • Order supplies/materials for Department and supported Programs

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel), including the ability to merge Excel data into PowerPoint presentations, perform advanced Excel functions, and manage Internal/External SharePoint platforms effectively.

  • Demonstrated excellent attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changes in priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations and responsibilities.

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and proactively anticipate needs and their impacts.

  • Experience in dealing with customers and ability to multitask.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
