Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide high-level support to the Major Giving fundraising team, enabling leadership to operate efficiently across clinical care, groundbreaking research, and wrap-around services. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, maintain CRM records, prepare meeting briefs, and assist with gift processing and correspondence.

Four years of related experience supporting senior leaders is expected; a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum four years of related experience supporting high-level leadership (Manager+).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. Healthcare/medical office experience preferred. Project management experience preferred.

Job description

Provide high-level administrative support to our Major Giving fundraising team, who help drive philanthropic support for clinical care, groundbreaking research, and essential wrap-around services.

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and streamline day-to-day operations for fundraising leadership and team members.
  • Maintain accurate CRM database records, prepare high-stakes meeting briefs, and assist with gift processing and correspondence.

This role requires independent judgment, efficient management of cross-functional processes, and accurate reporting that allows leadership to make timely decisions.

Required Education And Experience

High school diploma or equivalent experience.

Minimum four (4) years of related experience in the areas of customer service and/or office management including responsible administrative work supporting high level leadership (Manager+).

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree.

Healthcare/medical office experience.

Project management assistance experience.

Compensation Range

$29.16 - $43.73 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
