Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff, patients, and visitors at all levels.
The ideal candidate has a strong administrative background with experience in calendar management, event coordination, and financial tracking. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in handling confidential information. Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Experience with travel coordination, website maintenance, and project management is highly valued.
