Dartmouth Health is seeking an experienced administrative professional to handle confidential secretarial tasks and support an administrator in a fast-paced department.
You will screen and triage items, manage calendars, draft correspondence, and maintain filing systems while coordinating with staff and patients. Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills are essential.
Performs advanced, diversified, and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of organization policies and practices. May conduct special studies of an administrative nature, serves as a resource to patients and staff members and may monitor departmental budget accounts.
