An established industry player is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Corporate Development and Strategy team. This hybrid role involves managing calendars, organizing events, and providing administrative support to senior leaders. This position is hybrid - Tuesday - Thursday in the New York Office and Monday and Friday work from home.
The Executive Assistant will provide support for the Corporate Development and Strategy team. This individual will be responsible for working both strategically and tactically on highest team priorities and provide administrative support for the CD&S leadership team. This individual will stretch into organizing and tracking team objectives and goals while providing support for team's day-to-day operating priorities. In addition, this individual will have significant responsibility in managing multiple priorities, inclusive of department-wide event planning. This role requires close partnership with senior leaders, their assistants, and employees at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
Assist CD&S leaders with critical activities and ensure timely prioritization and execution.Effectively maintain and manage leaderships' business calendars.
Prepare presentations and memos for various audiences, including senior leaders.
Review and process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Salary Range : $52,500-$90,000
Discretionary bonus eligible : Yes
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
