Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Administrator to provide top-level administrative and strategic support to a Vice President or higher within OCI. This is a rare opportunity to support senior leadership at Oracle. The role plays a central part in driving communication, organization, and operational excellence across a high‑impact senior office.
Executive Support & Communications
- Manage multiple executive calendars, priorities, and communications with precision and confidentiality.
- Prepare meeting materials and briefings for internal and external engagements.
- Track key initiatives and organizational goals, ensuring follow‑through and alignment.
- Manage travel, expenses, and budget tracking efficiently.
Program & Event Management
- Help with planning and content coordination for employee-facing events, external sessions, and team off‑sites.
- Organize and execute team morale activities and leadership development events.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Collaborate across functions and teams to gather and synthesize strategic insights.
- Partner with fellow EA’s to share best practices, collaborate to the benefit of executives, and be an in‑office contact for our Nashville HQ.
- Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure smooth communication and initiative alignment.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Previous experience managing multiple executives is a plus.
- Proven project management skills with an ability to track complex initiatives and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to work across organizational levels with tact and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex topics into clear, actionable messaging.
- Deep discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
Salary Range
US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 - $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 - $112,600 per year. May be eligible for equity.
