You will coordinate programs across functions, support onsite events, manage logistics, track metrics, and develop dashboards to demonstrate impact, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering outstanding internal service.

This role provides end-to-end coordination and operational support across multiple business programs, including employee engagement initiatives, executive logistics, onsite experiences, event planning, project coordination, research activities, and evolving operational priorities. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $31.35 - $63.65 per hour; from: $65,200 - $132,400 per year. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
