Join a dynamic team as a Senior Administrative Assistant at a leading company in Monroe Township, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting leadership operations. Bring your organizational skills and adaptability to manage a variety of tasks ranging from calendar coordination to project documentation and vendor relations.
As a Senior Administrative Assistant at First Onsite, you're the trusted right hand to our leadership team-keeping operations running smoothly, projects on track, and communication flowing. Every day, you bring organization, resourcefulness, and a service-first mindset to support both day-to-day tasks and big-picture initiatives.
Your day may begin with calendar coordination and meeting prep for senior leaders, followed by managing incoming mail and FedEx deliveries, booking travel, and arranging catering for an internal event. You'll handle contract uploads, assist with project documentation, and help onboard new employees and subcontractors with confidence and professionalism.
Throughout the day, you might jump into a production meeting, support job file updates, send out client correspondence, or coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance. You stay ahead of the curve-proactively managing priorities, juggling multiple responsibilities, and communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners alike.
Whether it's processing expense reports, assisting with trade show logistics, or supporting licensing and safety certifications, you bring the polish and precision that keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
If you're a highly organized, adaptable, and tech-savvy administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment-this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at First Onsite.
