Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support across a variety of functions as assigned.
• Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Prepare reports, briefing materials, and other documents as requested.
• Maintain required statistical data with accuracy.
• Prepare and track customer service survey data.
• Maintain accurate calendars for Senior Management and coordinate meetings and events.
• Develop, maintain, and disseminate accurate tracking mechanisms and update databases.
