Job summary

Cyprotex US, an Evotec company, seeks a Principal Scientist - ADMET Study and Innovation Manager to lead ADMET studies and drive innovation within a hybrid model. You will manage client studies end-to-end, provide scientific leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance capabilities and process improvements.

You will contribute to proposals, pricing, and technical solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology, or related life science discipline.
• Minimum of five years' industry experience with leadership in study management or program delivery.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO/drug discovery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage partner and client ADMET studies to high standards, ensuring timely delivery.
• Serve as scientific contact for clients with guidance, data interpretation and recommendations.
• Review ADMET data for quality and regulatory compliance; ensure deliverables integrity.
• Provide technical leadership for custom assays and complex study designs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across the study lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve scientific/operational challenges affecting outcomes or timelines.
