Job summary

Evotec’s Cyprotex US unit in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Principal Scientist - ADMET Study and Innovation Manager for a hybrid role. You will drive ADMET studies from proposal to final sign-off while leading innovation across our project management and scientific teams.

With a strong background in ADMET, you’ll guide clients, manage complex study designs, and champion new methodologies such as NAMs and in vitro models to strengthen our competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Toxicology or related field.
• Minimum five years’ industry experience and leadership in study management or program delivery.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/CRO contexts and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage partner and client ADMET studies to high standards, on time and to specification.
• Serve as scientific contact for clients, provide guidance and data interpretation.
• Review ADME/toxicology data, ensure quality and integrity of deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership for customised assays and complex study designs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners throughout the study lifecycle.
• Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to capabilities, processes and tech improvements.
