Job summary

Cyprotex US, an Evotec company, is seeking a Principal Scientist - ADMET Study and Innovation Manager to join our Princeton, NJ team in a hybrid role. You will lead ADMET studies, drive scientific leadership, and shape innovation initiatives across the project management function.

Collaboration with business development and scientific teams will be key as you deliver high-quality data and strategic client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, toxicology, or related life science field.
• Minimum five years of industry experience with leadership in study management or innovation.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/CRO/drug discovery sectors.
• Strong ADMET knowledge and data interpretation skills.
• Proven client interactions, proposal development, and study design experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage partner and client ADMET studies to high standards and on schedule.
• Provide scientific guidance, data interpretation, and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Review ADME/toxicology data ensuring quality and consistency.
• Provide technical leadership for customised assays and complex study designs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners throughout the study lifecycle.
• Support innovation initiatives and contribute to technology adoption.
