You will apply AI and automation tools, oversee vendor data quality, and collaborate with quality and finance teams to optimize spending. The role requires 7+ years in pharma operations, a scientific degree, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
• 7+ years in a laboratory, CRO, or pharmaceutical operations setting with vendor oversight.
• Experience reviewing bioanalytical, DMPK, or DDI data and communicating concerns.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Experience with CRO oversight and sponsor-vendor interactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead bioanalytical and DDI studies with external research partners.
• Manage study requests and vendor deliverables from intake through quality review.
• Provide scientific oversight of CRO work, reviewing assay performance, data packages, deviations, and study reports.
• Conduct annual scientific reviews of assigned vendors and drive corrective action.
• Ensure studies and contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Build strong vendor relationships and present clear summaries to stakeholders.
