Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of technical developments relevant to projects and company goals.
• Develop and validate new test methods; prepare specifications for materials and processes.
• Lead DoEs and use statistical tools to drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with customers to optimize bonding/dispensing processes and support product launches.
• Mentor junior scientists and technicians; ensure compliance with cGMP/GLP.
