Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, OR PhD with 0 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related quality-focused role supporting regulated manufacturing environments.

Aufgaben

• Assess and qualify additive manufacturing suppliers through technical evaluations, process reviews, and quality system assessments.
• Lead supplier audits and oversight activities to verify compliance with quality requirements, GMP, and applicable industry standards.
• Evaluate AM process capability, validation strategies, and manufacturing controls to ensure consistent product quality.
• Support PPAP, supplier qualification, and validation activities for new and existing suppliers.
• Investigate supplier quality issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and monitor effectiveness of improvements.
• Partner with NPD, Component Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to support supplier engagement throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and implement risk-based supplier quality strategies for AM processes, materials, and technologies.
• Define receiving inspection requirements, test methods, and quality controls to support product acceptance and supplier performance objectives.
