Smith+Naphew in Memphis, Tennessee, is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure supplier quality and regulatory compliance across our medical device operations. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations, and suppliers worldwide to drive quality excellence and implement improvements.

The role requires 3+ years in supplier quality or related fields, familiarity with ISO 13485, SAP experience, and strong problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; 5+ years in supplier quality/regulated manufacturing.
• ISO 13485 knowledge and external audit exposure preferred.
• Experience managing nonconformances, CAPAs, supplier investigations, and quality system processes.
• Experience with calibration, CMM, gauging and measurement techniques is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support global supplier quality strategy and goals.
• Manage supplier nonconformances using SAP QNs and related systems.
• Lead CAPAs, supplier investigations, field actions and complaints.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Eng, Quality Eng, Operations and suppliers to resolve issues.
