Job summary

Integrated 3D LLC is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technician to set up, operate, maintain, and post‑process DMLS parts. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, hands‑on problem solving, and experience with shop tools and metal fabrication.

You will follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure high quality outputs. The candidate should be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to adapt to flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem solving.
• Experience with additive manufacturing processes, especially DMLS.
• Background in metal fabrication and shop Tool use.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Read manufacturing drawings to ensure conformance and quality of parts.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators).
• Interact with Engineering on CAD models for production on DMLS/EDM machines and post processes.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Technicians, Quality and Management to resolve issues and develop solutions.
• Perform tasks independently, follow instructions, and meet production schedules.
• Communicate daily updates, hazards, and questions to team and management.
