Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in aerospace, additive manufacturing, or related manufacturing environments.
• Advanced CAD skills with SolidWorks, NX, and Creo.
• Exceptional written and oral communication, technical documentation, and design review presentations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversion of development to production manufacturing processes for AM.
• Implement advanced process controls for Additive Manufacturing to reduce variation and improve quality.
• Drive automation and digital manufacturing initiatives, leveraging data analytics for predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure manufacturability and smooth design-to-production transition.
• Own project schedules, capital equipment acquisition, and facility upgrades for Daytona Beach operations.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technicians; support program management and supplier performance.
