Job summary

General Motors seeks a Sr. Systems Capability Engineer to lead development and integration of embedded ADAS features. You will define feature-level requirements, validate test plans, and collaborate with software and hardware teams to ensure seamless vehicle platform integration.

You will own end-to-end capability testing in both vehicle and simulation environments, triage data, and prioritize improvements. Strong technical reasoning and agile adaptation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering required.
• Solid understanding of ADAS features and vehicle software.
• Experience with embedded electro-mechanical systems in automotive domains.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
