Job summary

Ford is seeking a diligent TPM to support ADAS software development for the ADAS ECU, collaborating with Systems, Software, V&V, and Quality teams. The role focuses on defining scope, prioritization, and delivery of multi-team initiatives using technical program management practices.

You will implement roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure high-quality software delivery while engaging with stakeholders to align on plans and milestones across Ford’s ADAS programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Controls Engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in SW Program Management in an embedded technical software discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience with MS Project or equivalent for product development and delivery.
• 2+ years’ experience with JIRA or equivalent for product development and delivery.
• Ability to present complex technical issues with appropriate detail

Responsibilities

• Define, scope, prioritize, and deliver major ADAS software initiatives across Ford.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive development plans and on-time software delivery.
• Develop roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans for ADAS software and tooling.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership with regular updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment across systems, software, and V&V teams.
