Xcimer Energy is seeking a Principal Electro-Optical/Adaptive Optics Engineer at our Denver, CO headquarters. You will lead adaptive optics, wavefront control, and beam control for the Directed Energy program and contribute to fusion beamlines.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, budgets, and interfaces with partners, plus mentoring and tech development. We seek an expert with deep experience in high-energy laser systems, vendor reviews, and system-level design.
