Job summary

Google s gTech Professional Services team delivers customer-centric solutions for top advertiser and publisher customers. As an Ad Solutions Engineer in the gAP Engineering team, you will build and scale tools and platforms for our strategic Large Customer Sales partners, delivering technical solutions that enable business outcomes.

Through building and optimizing solutions, you will help agencies and partners achieve goals while expanding long-term tech and marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Master's degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience using Machine Learning and building solutions.
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems.
• Experience with ad tech products and scale-oriented engineering solutions.
• Experience in the ad space including data onboarding, measurement, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for proactively identifying and building a series of solutions and best practices for agencies and partners globally.
• Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex, cross-product customized solutions to be rolled out to thousands of customers globally.
• Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices and innovative solutions to apply ad products and technologies and drive agency/partner and gTech business goals.
