Job summary

Rythm Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Ad Graphic Designer to own the visual side of our paid growth engine. You will create static ad creative and landing pages that convert, collaborating with growth and marketing to transform briefs into high-performing assets.

This hands-on role demands delivering output weekly, iterating from data-driven insights, and maintaining scalable design systems for speed and quality across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience designing for health, wellness, or DTC subscription brands.
• Familiarity with basic motion or video editing for ad creative.
• Experience working directly with a growth or performance marketing team.
• Exceptional Figma skills, including auto layout and scalable design systems.
• Strong foundation in UI/UX principles.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator at minimum).
• A portfolio showing static ad creative and landing page design, ideally in a performance marketing context.
• Comfort reading and understanding basic copy and campaign briefs and working from them.
• Ability to turn feedback from performance data into iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design static ad creative for paid social and display campaigns.
• Build and iterate on website landing pages that support paid campaigns.
• Translate performance data and learnings into new creative directions.
• Work from briefs, copy, and brand guidelines to produce branded assets quickly.
• Partner with growth marketing to test concepts and optimize results.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and templates for speed and quality.
