360 Jasmine Acupuncture & Wellness Center in Austin seeks a Senior Acupuncturist with extensive clinical experience and advanced expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine to join our team. This leadership role emphasizes mastery in acupuncture, comprehensive patient assessment, and integrated treatment protocols.

You will diagnose a wide range of conditions, apply advanced needle techniques, and integrate modalities such as moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, and acupressure.

Qualifications

• Valid state acupuncture license and NCCAOM examination or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of full-time acupuncture practice with complex cases.
• Advanced or Master's level training in Traditional Chinese Medicine or Oriental Medicine.
• Comprehensive anatomy and physiology knowledge as applied to acupuncture.
• Mastery of needle techniques, sterile protocol, and advanced modalities.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adjust based on response.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ongoing education commitment.
• Specialized training in areas like sports acupuncture or pain management.
• Experience with clinical research or acupuncture outcome studies.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive consultations, detailed health histories, and TCM assessments.
• Develop evidence-based, individualized acupuncture treatment plans.
• Administer precise acupuncture with advanced needle techniques and modalities.
• Integrate moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, and acupressure into care.
• Provide acupuncture massage and myofascial release as needed.
• Maintain thorough treatment records and patient progress notes.
