Job summary

ChenMed in Florida seeks an Acupuncturist to develop, implement, and coordinate acupuncture therapies for a range of conditions, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, 3+ years of related experience, current NCCAOM certification, state licensure, and board certification; join a physician-led, patient-centered organization expanding access to care for seniors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of related field experience. Certifications from NCCAOM.
• Board certified in specialty.
• Licensed in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Discuss drug-herb interactions and counsel patients (ACCU does not prescribe herbs).
• Provide patient education on lifestyle changes, exercises, meditation.
• Incorporates Manual Therapy (TUI NA-Chinese Remedial Massage) where appropriate.
• Develops treatment plans and discusses diagnoses with patients.
• Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team to assess patients and plan care.
