Job summary

Pine Services is seeking a Senior Construction Consultant to lead Acumatica Construction implementations and mentor team members. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver implementations that transform client operations.

This is a fully remote role across the US and Canada, with up to 30% travel to client sites. You’ll engage stakeholders at all levels, develop detailed project plans, and uphold the company’s implementation methodology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Acumatica implementation and support experience, focused on Construction.
• Four-year degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or equivalent.
• Lead full-cycle implementations and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience with client teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication across levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and design on Acumatica Construction projects.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, building relationships and resolving issues.
• Independently manage tasks and workstreams with the Project Manager.
• Provide detailed consulting estimates and implementation project plans.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to leadership.
• Monitor budgets and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Coach team members and ensure methodology compliance.
• Lead group discussions and tailor communication for all levels.
• Develop written materials and uphold NexTec documentation standards.
• Provide leadership in change management and maintain 75% utilization.
• Maintain Acumatica certifications and broaden module expertise.
