Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related quantitative field.
• Ten+ years of relevant work experience in actuarial analysis and pricing.
• ACAS required for Property & Casualty track; ASA required for Life & Health track; Fellowship encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, analytical expertise, and oversight for strategic initiatives.
• Prepares and analyzes reports to identify trends and deviations.
• Conducts data analysis, forecasting, and modeling for financial outcomes.
• Documents complex data and recommends business solutions.
• Develops reports, presentations and proposals for management decisions.
• Performs QA checks on work from team members and departments.
• Reviews procedures and operations for potential improvements.
• Manages or participates in actuarial projects; trains team members.
