Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Ten or more years of related work experience.
• ACAS/ASA certification path with Fellowship preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides business leadership and oversight for major actuarial initiatives.
• Prepares and analyzes reports to identify trends and deviations.
• Conducts both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, forecasting and modeling.
• Develops reports and proposals for management decisions and implementation plans.
• Trains and guides team members; ensures data integrity and standards.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
