Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of actuarial mathematics/concepts and ability to lead others in applying those concepts to work product.
• Experience with insurance products, particularly life and annuities.
• Ability to train and guide associates in actuarial tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial modeling projects and develop documentation per policy.
• Communicate analyses to senior management and external parties.
• Produce actuarial outputs: reserves, cash flow, pricing, experience data.
• Mentor junior associates and manage cross-functional projects.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with risk and regulatory standards.
• Guide model changes and review actuarial tool implementations.
