Job summary

Jackson seeks an experienced actuary to provide cross-functional expertise on RILA and indexed annuities. You will guide risk analysis, model development, and reporting for senior management and lead large cross-departmental projects.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and advanced knowledge of actuarial applications (SAS, Python, ALFA). The base pay reflects senior-level responsibilities and a robust bonus program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years actuarial experience with FSA or 12+ years with ASA.
• 10+ years actuarial experience with FSA or 14+ with ASA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional and cross-departmental team meetings and meetings with senior management.
• Produces reports and presentations for senior management.
• Directs processes for production of actuarial output (reserves, cash flows, pricing, experience data).
• Drives method and procedure improvements to increase efficiency and controls.
