Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, actuarial science, business or related field.
• ASA or FSA designation preferred but not required with relevant experience.
• Experience interpreting GGY Axis output.
• Ten years of professional actuarial work in annuities or life insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality data management; review, build, maintain reports and methodologies for accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to obtain, maintain and improve reliable data systems.
• Support Appointed Actuary by providing data and updating systems for data needs.
• Provide interpretation and implementation advice to Chief Actuary/Chief Risk Officer.
• Maintain knowledge of actuarial standards and their impact on the business.
• Read professional literature and attend events to maintain technical competence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
