Job summary

Coalition is seeking a seasoned Actuary to lead pricing strategy and develop adaptive pricing frameworks across insurance products. The role requires translating complex models into actionable tools for underwriters and partners, working closely with cross-functional teams to monitor market trends and performance.

You will design dashboards, govern pricing controls, and drive data-driven decisions in a remote-first, innovative environment focused on cyber risk and digital security.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in insurance pricing.
• FCAS certification preferred.
• Ability to lead complex pricing initiatives.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate pricing concepts into operational tools for underwriters.
• Pricing experience in cyber insurance and large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized dashboards to monitor pricing performance.
• Support pricing governance controls and risk governance.
• Act as peer reviewer for complex pricing initiatives.
• Translate pricing concepts for non-technical stakeholders and design UI/UX for internal tools.
• Support rating plan implementations and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with insurance, data science, engineering, and security teams.
