Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field required.
• 3 years actuarial experience required.
• 6 exam components completed.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and diagnose problems and outline data requirements for a study or analysis.
• Create studies, analyses, and presentation materials for decision makers.
• Mentor less experienced staff and provide decision support to team members.
• Manage time and prioritize across multiple projects independently.
• Explain technical work to both technical and non-technical audiences and provide decision support.
• Lead development of actuarial studies, analyses, and presentation materials.
